OAKEY PINOKEY AND HIS FRIEND NORKY

This is my first children's book and it involves a 7-year-old boy Toby Alexander Smith.

Toby's father died suddenly and then his best friend Jessica - is moving away with her family - and this book talks about how he processes these losses.

My sons were 5 and 6 when their father died and I know first hand some of the problems that resulted.  I have a lot to share and I want to put some humor into the writing of this book series.
