Thank you for visiting my online home. I have been self-employed since 1990. My company is called T.A.C.T. - the Training and Development Group. I’ve designed, written, created and delivered programs such as Entrepreneurship, Retirement for the Single Woman, Team Building, Career Transitioning, Board of Director Training and related programs, for the Federal Government, Provincial Ministries, and Special Interest and Native Groups.

I have been published in Check-Up Magazine, The Magazine for Optimal Health here in Calgary in the 11th and 12th issue of 2003. My first article was written on “Heal Yourself! Healthy Choices to a Better Life”. As a result of that article, I was asked to speak at a meeting for a Professional organization in Calgary. My second article was titled “Mr. Sun, Sun – Mr. Deadly? Sun”.

I have now purchased the rights to distribute that Magazine in Sault Ste Marie and Sudbury, Ontario. If you have a desire to advertise in Northern Ontario, this healthy magazine might be a good choice.

My first book will be titled PANE VS. PAIN and deals with Prayer, Attitude, Nutrition and Exercise to combat Spiritual, Physical, Emotional and Financial pain. There are seven chapters to this book and all of my books will contain 7 chapters.
